Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasining 1-moddasidagi "O‘zbekiston - boshqaruvning respublika shakliga ega bo‘lgan suveren, demokratik, huquqiy, ijtimoiy va dunyoviy davlat" degan har bir tushunchaning mazmun-mohiyati ilmiy metodlarni hisobga olgan holda tahlil qilingan. V dannoy state proanalizirovan i aktualniy vopros vospitaniya i obrazovaniya molodeji, podnyatiy v vistuplenii Prezidenta Respubliki Uzbekistan Shavkata Mirziyoyeva na vstreche, posvyashennoy itogam referenduma, sostoyavshegosya 8 maya 2023 goda.
Abstract
In this article, the content and essence of each concept of Article 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Uzbekistan - a sovereign, democratic, legal, social and secular state with a republican form of government" are analyzed, taking into account scientific methods. This article also analyzes the current issue related to the upbringing and education of youth, raised by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his speech at the meeting dedicated to the results of the referendum held on May 8, 2023.
