Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2026-yil 8-iyundagi “Sudlarda komplayens nazorat tizimi samaradorligini oshirishning qo‘shimcha chora-tadbirlari to‘g‘risida”gi 106-farmoni mazmun-mohiyati tahlil qilingan. Unda sud tizimida korrupsiyaga qarshi kurashishning institutsional mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish, komplayens nazorat xizmatini tashkil etish, kadrlar siyosatida meritokratiya tamoyillarini joriy etish, daromad va mol-mulkni deklaratsiya qilish tizimini rivojlantirish hamda raqamli texnologiyalar asosida shaffoflikni ta’minlash masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, mazkur islohotlarning sud hokimiyatiga nisbatan jamoatchilik ishonchini mustahkamlash va odil sudlov sifatini oshirishdagi ahamiyati baholangan.
Abstract
This article analyzes the essence and significance of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 106 dated June 8, 2026, "On Additional Measures to Improve the Effectiveness of the Compliance Control System in the Courts." It examines the improvement of institutional anti-corruption mechanisms within the judiciary, the establishment of a compliance control service, the introduction of merit-based recruitment in judicial administration, the development of an income and asset declaration system, and the enhancement of transparency through digital technologies. The article also assesses the role of these reforms in strengthening public confidence in the judiciary and improving the quality and integrity of the administration of justice.
