Ushbu maqolada masalasida kelib chiqayotgan muammolar tahlil qilingan bo‘lib, ushbu muammolarga xorijiy tajribani, shuningdek, amaliyotni o‘rganish asosida yechimlar ishlab chiqilgan. O‘tkazib yuborilgan protsessual muddatlarni tiklash uchun belgilangan uch oylik muddat yuridik va jismoniy shaxslarning sud orqali himoyalanish, sudga murojaat qilish huquqlarini amalga oshirishga to ‘ sqinlik qilmoqda. Abstract
This article analyzes the problems arising in this issue, and solutions to these problems are developed based on the study of foreign experience, as well as practice. The three-month period established for the restoration of missed procedural deadlines hinders the exercise of the rights of legal entities and individuals to judicial protection and appeal to the court. Therefore, a proposal has been made to remove the three-month period established for the restoration of missed procedural deadlines in the appellate, cassation and audit instances.
