Maqolada agrar tadbirkorlikni rivojlantirish nuqtayi nazaridan agrar qonunchilikning holati tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu sohani tartibga soluvchi yagona normativ-huquqiy hujjatning mavjud emasligi, ko‘plab qonunosti normativ-huquqiy hujjatlarning mavjudligi hamda ularda tizimlashtirish elementlarining yo‘qligi huquqni qo‘llash amaliyotida kolliziyalar va noqulayliklarni keltirib chiqarmoqda. Muallif agrar sektorning asosiy institutlarini, jumladan agrar tadbirkorlikni tartibga soluvchi “Qishloq xo‘jalik faoliyati to‘g‘risida”gi qonunni qabul qilish zarur degan xulosaga keladi.
Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of agrarian legislation from the perspective of the development of agrarian entrepreneurship. The absence of a unified legal act regulating this sphere, the existence of numerous subordinate regulatory legal acts, and the lack of any elements of systematization within them create legal conflicts and difficulties in law enforcement practice. The author concludes that there is a need to adopt a Law “About Agricultural activity” that would regulate the key institutions of the agrarian sector, including agrarian entrepreneurship.
