Annotatsiya
Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida sud-ekspertlik faoliyatini modernizatsiya qilishga qaratilgan islohotlarning ilmiy tahlili bayon etilgan. Unda mazkur sohaning huquqiy asoslari, institutsional o‘zgarishlar, nodavlat ekspertiza tizimining rivojlanishi, raqamlashtirish jarayonlari hamda mavjud amaliy muammolar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Muallif sud-ekspertlik tizimini global tendensiyalar asosida uyg‘un rivojlantirish, ekspert xulosalarining ishonchliligini ta’minlash hamda ushbu sohada xalqaro standartlarni joriy etish bo‘yicha takliflarni ilgari suradi.
Abstract
The article presents a scientific analysis of reforms aimed at modernizing forensic activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines the legal framework of these reforms, institutional transformations, the development of the non-governmental forensic system, digitalization processes, and key practical challenges. The author proposes measures to ensure the harmonious development of the forensic system in line with global trends, to enhance the reliability of expert conclusions, and to implement international standards in this field.
